User Agreement

1. Use At Your Own Risk

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security, uptime, or uninterrupted availability.

2. User Content And Responsibility

You are solely responsible for content you post, send, upload, or otherwise make available. We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, legality, quality, or reliability of user-generated content.

You agree not to post unlawful, infringing, abusive, threatening, defamatory, fraudulent, malware-related, or spam content.

3. Limited Moderation, No Duty To Monitor

We may moderate, remove, restrict, or preserve content/accounts at our sole discretion, with or without notice. However, we do not assume a duty to monitor all activity and are not liable for content or actions of users.

4. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, WhyNot Productions and related parties are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to use of the service.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to USD $1.00.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WhyNot Productions and related parties from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) resulting from your content, your conduct, or your breach of this Agreement.

6. Account, Security, And Access

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access at any time, for any reason, including suspected abuse, legal risk, or operational risk.

7. Privacy And Data

We may process account and usage data needed to operate, secure, improve, and enforce the service. Public posts are publicly visible by design. Do not post confidential or sensitive information you do not want exposed.

8. Changes To Service And Agreement

We may modify, pause, or discontinue any feature at any time. We may update this Agreement at any time by posting an updated version. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by applicable local law selected by WhyNot Productions, excluding conflict-of-law rules, to the extent permitted by law.
